Terms of Service
Draft. These terms are a working draft written in plain language. They have not been reviewed by a lawyer and should not be relied on as a binding agreement with a paying customer until they have been.
What BayFill does
BayFill provides automated text-message response and appointment scheduling for auto repair shops. When a shop misses an incoming call, BayFill texts the caller back on the shop's behalf, collects details about their vehicle and the problem, and helps get the job onto the shop's schedule.
Billing
BayFill is billed month to month. There is no long-term contract and no minimum term. You can cancel at any time.
About the numbers on our website
The "Estimated Booked Opportunity" figure and any other example numbers shown on our website are illustrative estimates. They are there to explain how the service works, not to promise a result. They are not guarantees of revenue, bookings, or any other outcome, and your results will depend on your own call volume, pricing, and how you follow up.
What the shop is responsible for
BayFill helps get appointments booked, but the shop remains responsible for confirming and honoring any appointment booked through the service. That includes checking your own schedule and capacity, contacting the customer where needed, and doing the work you have agreed to.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BayFill is not liable for missed appointments, scheduling errors, or lost business arising from use of the service. The service depends on mobile carriers and other systems outside our control, and messages may be delayed or fail to deliver.
Cancelling
Either of us may cancel the service at any time. If you cancel, your service runs to the end of the period you have paid for. If we cancel, we will give you reasonable notice and help you move your call forwarding off BayFill so you do not lose calls.
